How do I access the Livestreams?

To access our livestreams, visit our website and navigate to the Live Stream page. Select the specific event you want to watch, and follow the prompts to access chosen event. Once payment is confirmed (If needed), you’ll receive instructions on how to stream the event.

Is there a subscription fee or monthly commitment?

No, our Pay-Per-View service operates on a per-event basis. There are no subscription fees or monthly commitments. You only pay for the individual events you choose to watch.

Can I purchase access to an event in advance?

Yes, you can purchase access to upcoming events in advance. Simply visit our website, browse the schedule, and select the event you want to pre-purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to access the livestream on the event day.

Can I watch the livestream on multiple devices?

The access purchased is tied to a single user account, and simultaneous streaming on multiple devices is not permitted by our system. You may however purchase access through one device such as a smart phone, and log in at the time of the event using the login you created/account you used to watch the livestream.

What if I experience technical issues during the livestream?

The quality of your live playback experience is largely dependent on the download speed you have from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or mobile provider. Keep in mind that your overall Internet speed can vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to: time of day, Wi-Fi performance, other devices/users utilizing your connection, and the strength of the signal provided by your ISP.

My stream keeps freezing. What should I do?

If your stream is freezing, please check your internet connection first. Ensure you have a stable and high-speed connection. If issues persist, contact our support team for assistance.

I had payment issues and got charged twice. What should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our support team immediately, providing details of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem and ensure a prompt refund if necessary.

Can I use Chromecast to watch the livestream on my TV?

When can I purchase the on-demand content?

On-demand content becomes available not long after the event has finished. Visit our website and navigate to the on-demand section to purchase and enjoy the recorded content at your convenience. If you’ve purchased access to the livestream, you’ll typically have up to 72 hours access post-event to watch it on demand!

Keep in mind that your overall Internet speed can vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to: time of day, Wi-Fi performance, other devices/users utilizing your connection, and the strength of the signal provided by your ISP.

WIFI OR CONNECTION ISSUES?

This is where most of the time the internet speed issue is. We use Wi-Fi on multiple devices so if you’re watching a stream make sure you:

Turn off the Wi-Fi on any cellphones, iPads, tablets, etc:
Sky TV boxes connection to your ADSL or VDSL connection. Unplug any Sky boxes that are plugged into a phone line.
Xbox or PlayStation. turn them off for the duration of the livestream.
Security Cameras. Many people have cameras all over their houses that are connected to the internet that is using bandwidth. Some people also have wireless cameras. That is a double whammy as not only is it using bandwidth, but the wireless connection may be interfering with your routers wireless connection.
Once you have turned all your devices off that you don’t need. Power down the router and the device you are streaming from and relog back on after it restarts.
