How do I access the Speedway Livestreams?

To access our livestreams, visit our website and navigate to the Live Stream page. Select the specific Speedway event you want to watch, and follow the prompts to purchase access. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions on how to stream the event.

Is there a subscription fee or monthly commitment?

No, our Pay-Per-View service operates on a per-event basis. There are no subscription fees or monthly commitments. You only pay for the individual Speedway events you choose to watch.

Can I purchase access to an event in advance?

Yes, you can purchase access to upcoming Speedway events in advance. Simply visit our website, browse the schedule, and select the event you want to pre-purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to access the livestream on the event day.

Can I watch the livestream on multiple devices?

The access purchased is tied to a single user account, and simultaneous streaming on multiple devices is not permitted by our system. You may however purchase access through one device such as a smart phone, and log in at the time of the event using the login you created/social account you used to purchase to watch the livestream.

What if I experience technical issues during the livestream?

In the rare event of technical issues, first, ensure you have a stable internet connection. If problems persist, reach out to our customer support team through the provided channels on our website. We are dedicated to resolving any technical difficulties promptly.

Can I rewind the stream?

Sadly at this time, the livestreams are not rewindable. We are working on upgrading this feature and look to launch it late 2023.

What web browser do you recommend for streaming?

We recommend using Google Chrome for the best streaming experience. However, our service is compatible with most modern browsers.

My stream keeps freezing. What should I do?

If your stream is freezing, please check your internet connection first. Ensure you have a stable and high-speed connection. If issues persist, contact our support team for assistance.

I had payment issues and got charged twice. What should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our support team immediately, providing details of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem and ensure a prompt refund if necessary.

Can I use Chromecast to watch the livestream on my TV?

No, currently, our service does not support Chromecast. We recommend using a compatible device with a stable internet connection to enjoy the livestream.

When can I purchase the on-demand content?

On-demand content becomes available as soon as the event has finished. Visit our website and navigate to the on-demand section to purchase and enjoy the recorded content at your convenience. If you’ve purchased access to the livestream, you’ll typically have up to 72 hours access post-event to watch it on demand!
